Here you will find out more about the various grapes. What characteristics do they bring to a wine and how the wine maker decides and the various styles to produce from his chosen yields.

Week 3

Wine Making Process

During this session we will introduce you to the wine making process. We will focus on the important factors contributing to the differences in styles.

Week 4

Wine Regions

We will talk about the history of wine, where it originated and why. You will learn a lot of interesting facts and some fun stories.

Week 5

Grapes in the Vineyard Wine Styles

Wine Tasting

We will learn how to taste wine in a professional way. Each person should have a glass or two of wine ready to perform the tasting techniques.

Week 6

Grape Harvest Blending Corks

Wine Selection

This section is all about how to select wine. You will learn the basics what to look for on the label. I will guide you some of the tips I have learned over the last 20 years.
